“Vishesh Pravesh Patra” – Special Entry Slips are given to patients with their prescription in order to ensure express entry in cases where they require Pathological investigation, ultrasounds, or just need to make appointments in the Dental Department. This slip allows the patients to skip the long queue for blood tests, urine sample etc. The Main Hospital uses the Yellow slip, and the Eye Unit uses the Blue slips for when the patient has a follow up appointment for an operation.
